  It's hit or miss. I give it 5 stars because when it's "hit", it's really good. When it's "miss", it's not bad either. If your order is ever a little off, the staff is approachable and friendly. All you have to do is politely tell then what's wrong and they correct it and they won't give you a bad attitude about it. I've never had bad or rude service, only inexperienced service a time or two. The chicken is good, but the ribs are even better. I haven't had it, but the steak looks good too.

  We ate here the other night and were quite pleased. The restaurant has both indoor and screened outdoor seating. The booths are huge and comfortable. The restaurant was quite clean and the service staff friendly. We ordered the fried pickles as an appetizer and was pleasantly surprised. It was a decent sized order for a good price. They have a dipping sauce that usually comes with their "blooming onion" appetizer. I asked to get that with the pickles, and it was an excellent choice. The dipping sauce has a bit of a kick too it from the horse radish. Yummy!
  
  As main dishes I was craving a good burger, and got exactly that, cooked just how I ordered. My fiance got the all you can eat ribs. They are a dry rub rib, which is what we both prefer over saucy ribs. Both main dishes were delicious, juicy, and fairly priced.
